BIO

Lucila Sancineti is a visual artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Different disciplines converge in her most recent practice, which takes literature -especially speculative fiction- as a matrix of imagination and seeks in the varied materialities of textiles, ceramics, painting, jewellery and photography ways to foster corporealities, tightening the boundary that connects us to otherness.
In 2025 she was a resident at GlogauAIR in Berlin, Germany. She has been the recipient of the Hito Cultural Grant (2024), the Constelaciones Grant to participate in the Poliniza and Epecuén residencies (2023), and the "Activar Patrimonio" grant to develop her research project at the Museo Nacional de la Historia del Traje (2023).
Her latest group exhibitions include: worm hole in star (SomoS, 2025), Blando en un lugar blando (Espacio Acoyte, 2024), Entes en fuga (Cott Gallery, 2023), Premio Fundación Fortabat (2023), A stroll through unfamiliar worlds (Konvent Zero, 2022).
